This high-class wine comes from a rigorous selection of our old vines of 3ha on the plate of the commune of Sadirac. Already quoted in the Féret of the 19th century, encépagement of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc gives a well balanced wine. The idea is to make a single and exceptional wine, made by "impassioned vine growing", in order to produce on its soil, portions out by piece, a high-class wine of Bordeaux which gives desire for drinking and to celebrate.

CONCOUR MONDIAL

Château Pabus Cuvée Matisse 2003 Bordeaux wins golden medal on the Concours Mondial the Bruxelles, kept at Lisabbon in June 2006. Unexpectedly but proudly we can communicate you that our wine field Château Pabus with the Cuvée Matisse has obtained 2003 Bordeaux the golden label. These top cuvée was made in 2003, for the first time. We knew that he was very well, yet the first time takes part in Concours (perhaps most renowned in the world) and win the golden medal there, exceed our naughtiest expectations.
